Our Story
Built and opened in 2020, Villa Apeiro has welcomed guests from all over the world. They come to experience the beauty, history, food and of course, the beaches of Crete. With sea breezes and a view that needs to be seen to be believed, Apeiro lives up to its name which in Greek means "limitless". The villa is owned by multinationals who are Greek residents, with a local property manager who greets all guests on arrival and ensures that their stay is one with filled with comfort and warmth.

The villa's open plan living / dining / and kitchen brings in abundant light to make the house bright and welcoming. With windows stretching over two floors, the Sea of Crete is always in your view as is our infinity pool with large deck and outdoor cooking and eating area. Our three large bedrooms all feature their own private deck, en suite bathrooms, large closets, and top notch views of the sea and our neighboring mountain.
Our Location
Located in the beautiful and welcoming village of Plaka, Villa Apeiro sits above the rooftops to command those extraordinary views of the sea, mountains, and Akrotiri Peninsula. With the village center less than a five minute walk and the closest beach only 1.5 km away, the villa is perfectly situated. Only 35 minutes drive from Chania, the charming and historic former main city of western Crete, the villa provides easy access to educational, shopping,
and dining experiences that are rare and unmatched - plus having the international airport nearby, too. The surrounding Apokoronas region features beaches, small villages, tavernas galore, and other spots to discover.
